100% Authentic Vintage White Leather Vivienne Westwood Rocking Horse Ballerina Wood Platform Shoes. These shoes are an extremely rare collector's item, being vintage. I believe these are from the early 00s or late 90s.

They're in beautiful condition, and look excellent, you can tell in the photos! These shoes are incredible quality and are an amazing statement piece to add to any closet. This particular shoe design is especially iconic from Vivienne Westwood. I have a pair myself, and they never fail to receive compliments! They are also surprisingly comfortable to walk in; I speak from experience! Shoes will come with Vivienne Westwood box. These shoes have been seen on Rihanna, a cult favorite in Harajuku / Japanese Street Fashion, Lolita style fashion, and Punk fashion. They are also featured in mangaka Ai Yazawa's work heavily, such as her series' NANA'. The Rocking Horse Shoe was designed along with the collection Mini Crini in 1986. This collection was inspired by the Petrushka Ballet, the clothes were supposed to create a childish and doll-like look. Vivienne wanted to design an elevated shoe, which at the same time is comfortable and easy to wear. Thats why it has the rounded front. You rock along when you walk in them (Vivienne). Heel Height: 7.5cm / 3 inches ; platform at the front 6.5cm / 2.6 inches. The shoes are a narrower around the bridge of the feet.

24-24.5 cm from toe to heel. The leather has been professionally refurbished, treated, and conditioned. The wood sole has been resealed with varnish for protection. Logo is faded on insole.
