Vintage Ornate Leather Kids Saddle Gear Antique Horse Pony

This vintage saddle came with the house we bought. It is thick Leather and has a metal looks like brass bar. It looks small so must be for a kid for a pony or very small horse. I have a picture with a measuring tape.

I do not know much about it but it looks cool!
