Vintage Mongolian Horse Riding Boots Hand Made Decorative Mens Leather Footwear

DESCRIPTION Vintage pair of traditional Mongolian leather riding boots. Made from cow leather this pair of beautifully decorated boots are complete with their original insert socks (which are removable) made from padded cotton and felt. These are a size 12US comfortably.

Decorated with traditional images and colors these are typically used by the Mongolian horsemen on the Steppes. These were recently acquired from the estate of the former German ambassador to Mongolia. A great addition to any decorative leather folk collection or indigenous textiles collection. MEASUREMENTS Boots measure 5" wide by 17" tall (22" with the removable socks) by 13" long and together weigh 6lb 14oz.
