I don't see any marks. This is a small saddle -- appears to be a child's or youth size. The leather is tooled a bit. The stirrups are bent wood or carved wood with metal on the outside.

I would guess this is for display / decor only but I don't really know anything about horses or horse riding. Maybe it is a worthy saddle. It does look pretty old though.
