Vintage Leather Horse Collar Yoke Mirror Smaller Sized Nice! Mexico

This collar/yoke is all leather with mirror in center. This piece is small so i have no idea if made for decoration or maybe a small animal? Do they use these things on goats?? Regardless, it is an authentic looking piece in very good condition!
