Vintage Hand Crafted Leather & Steel Silver Hardware Horse Western Saddle Bags. These bags have been used by my husband for many, many years.

Handmade by a master horse saddle craftsman in New Mexico sometime in the early 80's. Sorry but my husband can't remember the man's name and it is not anywhere on the bags that I can see.

Made with the highest quality leather and steel silver buckles. Now that my husband is no longer riding horses, he has decided to sell his saddlebags so that they can be enjoyed by someone that will appreciate the history and craftsmanship that these bags have. Saddle bags are in very good condition with some scratches and wear.

I have given the leather a good conditioning with neatsfoot oil and the leather is still very soft and pliable. There are holes to lash them to the saddle. The bags themselves measure approx. 10.75" W x 11" H x 5" D; the total length of the bags is 40" L. ANY ITEM NOT PAID FOR WITHIN THREE DAYS WILL AUTOMATICALLY BE RELISTED.
