Vintage GG Kieffer Brown Leather Horse Saddle English 17 Munchen Dressage

I recently inherited this, it has sat on my uncles couch downstairs for quite sometime. I looked up how to measure the seat which comes to 17" and then the space that would sit on the horse at 6". It is kind of heavy at approximately 15 pounds. The stitching all appears tight. It could use a cleaning and then oiled. All leather is also in decent condition. Any input is greatly appreciated! (Only If This is a gross misrepresentation of the item). I describe as best as humanly possible. We are however human and could possibly miss something.
