Vintage C. S. Osborne & Co Rein Rounder 11 Hole Leather Working Tools Horse Tack

Osborne & Co and Est'd 1886 imprinted on it. Has 11 Holes all different sizes.

Numbered 1 - 11 Opens up easily. Has a 15 stamped on the bottom. Solid metal Has 4 holes for mounting to a bench in the feet. It is USED and has tarnashed and some light rust areas.

Many years of life and use left in it. I cant find any cracks or breaks that i can see. 12 inches long x 3 inches tall. See photos and ask questions.
