It is a Big Horn brand used has wear but is still usable. Has had new stirrup leathers put in a while back (they are nylon). Older wide wooden stirrups (might need replaced in time). Not the prettiest but functional. Some marks, crazing and tarnish. Also there is a little stitching worn out. Not sure of the bar size, please see the pic of the gullet for measurement. Horn is not wiggly and tree feels solid. The tree is a cloth wrapped wood tree. Saddle weighs approx 20 pounds. Great for decor or a colt starter too! I can not tell if it will fit your horse or rider. Please see picture #5 for seat measurement. I would call it a 14 seat.
