Vintage Antique Toy Mounted Horse Real Hair & Leather Primitive Folk Art American. This was an Estate rescue and in incredible condition! This is a fabulous piece of early Americana.

Age and origin is unknown. Feel free to ask additional questions, will do our best to answer them! Horses mane appears to be main of actual horse hair. The horses mouth and feet are made of wood.

The red leather strapping is wonderful. Gorgeous tin accent details on right side of the bridle.

Wood base appears to be made of pine. Some minor issues, but considering this is really old, totally forgivable!

Actual material of the skin of the horse and the fill is unknown, "skin" feels like a type of canvas or muslin. One eye is glass this other looks to be a button.
