Superb vintage round leather ladies ascot travelling horse shoe hat box

Beautiful round leather ladies hatbox made by TRIP LEATHER GOODS circa 1930 the leather has patinated beautifully and the case has aged in a very charming way. Inside is unusually clean for a 1930's hatbox. Lined in linen with the original faded trade label. On the back of the case the trip logo is embossed into the leather. Nice english patented steel lock and side catches. No breaks rips or tears just age related use and wear as to be expected with a case of this age. ORIGINAL luggage labels still in tact add to the character and charm. Ideal to store your hats or as decorative storage.
