Must see in person to appreciate these. You are purchasing the exact 24 bells attached to the leather strap as shown. Strap measures around 6 feet long-looks to have some very old repairs throughout.

All bells are size #3 and measure around 1 3/8 inch each. Some bells are cracked, bent, scuffed, and heavily aged/distressed. This is to be expected given the original use and nature of the bells.

Not mint-not perfect-not supposed to be. Appreciate these for what they are and where they have been. All have the original jinglet inside and make noise. Some are cracked and have a lower thud sound when ringing and some are very loud and crisp. Overall sound is beautiful when ringing as a set. All have a "U" shaped shank. Strap is made of leather. These are very old-original antiques-mid 1800s era bells. Small bells are a choking hazard for infants and toddlers.

Please consider this when selecting a gift bell for a young child. We recommend bells 2 inches and larger for any child.
