Antique Vintage WW1 Leather US Cavalry Military Saddle Bags

WW1 US Cavalry Saddle Bags Set. Condition: Fair, with the bags showing their wear from age and use.

The leather features crackling and some minor tears, the leather connector connecting the two bags has torn and is attached to one of the bags, and each bag is missing several pieces of the straps. However, there are no holes at the bottom of either bag and the hardware is largely complete.

Would be a great set to either restore or display for the "been there" look! The bags would have been used to carry equipment for U.
