An oldie, but a goodie! Vintage handmade western saddle number 342 by JM Bohmfalk, Douglas, AZ. Rings and strings for tying on gear.

Need a cinch and/or breast collar? Probably would be called full quarter horse bars, see photos for gullet measurements. See photos for more measurements and details. Saddle fleece has a couple worn areas (see photos), but saddle is still useable. Just oiled and is quite comfortable to sit in!

John "Marlin" Bohmfalk born in Yancey, Texas on March 17th, 1916. Marlin lived most of his life in Douglas, Arizona where he was a well respected business man and talented saddle maker. Marlin served his country in the Army during WWII.

His favorite pastimes included leather crafting, hunting, fishing and gardening. He passed away on April 4th, 2006 at the age of 90.
