Vintage 14 Leddy Bros. So-fa-ride Western Pleasure/ Trail Saddle

We recently traded an older couple for a pair of Leddy Bros. We looked through our catalogs and we did manage to find them, we have included a picture from the catalog. Made here in the USA in Fort worth, Texas. This is the ladies saddle and it has a 14 inch seat. As you can see it has a nice padded seat and jockey that is embroidered.

This saddle is tooled with the classic floral pattern. The leather is not dry and cracked but clean and flexible.

The stirrup leathers have not been cut or altered. We have included a brand new leather off-billet and tie-strap. This saddle maybe older but is totally sound and usable. The tree is ROCK solid.

The horn has no wiggle or wobble. Overall skirt is 27 inches. Total weight is 34 pounds. There a a few flaws we must point out.

The genuine sheepskin lining does have some thin spots and a few little holes. Also a mouse has chewed a little on the underside of the seat by the horn, we have included a picture.
