1930s Wood & Leather Fairground Merry Go Round Carousel Horse Seat. A wonderful Art Deco period fairground wooden horse with the original painted finish. The seat is leather in a mid-dark red. Wooden / Metal Wedges anchor the piece to a wood base.

Constructed in solid wood, the finish has not been cleaned and is all original. The horse has had a coat of acrylic lacquer and has been waxed to prevent any additional paint loss or wear. The edges to the horse are smoothed. The Piece is approximately 3.5FT Length, 1.5FT Width on Base and 3.5FT High.
