14 Vintage Bona Allen Western Pleasure/ Trail Saddle

We have been busy trading and have taken some clean used saddles in. That means we will be listing new items daily. Today we are offering this Bona Allen pleasure/ trail saddle for sale.

Though there is no makers mark, we have been in this business long enough to know a Bona Allen saddle. This saddle also has a scalloped horn which was one of Bona Allen's. It has a 14 inch smooth leather seat that is embroidered. It is tooled with the classic floral pattern and is entirely buck-stitched around the skirt. The cantle and pommel are both silver-laced.

The conchos are clean and shiny. The leather is not dry or cracked but clean and flexible. The lining does have a thin spot as you can see from the pictures. This saddle does come ready to ride with a brand new nylon tie-strap and off-billet. The stirrup leathers have not been cut or altered in anyway. The tree is ROCK solid. The horn has no wiggle or wobble.
